Venue
The meeting takes place at the Postillion Hotel near Amersfoort, at the center of the Netherlands. The hotel is located at the Veluwe lake with a public beach at ~200 meters. Main airport is Schiphol near Amsterdam. Other airports are near Rotterdam and Eindhoven.
By car
From Harderwijk via the A28 towards Amersfoort: Take exit 10 Strand Nulde. At the end of the exit, turn right and then immediately left. Follow the bend to the left, straight onto the hotel’s parking lot. From Amersfoort via the A28 towards Harderwijk: Take exit 10 Strand Nulde. At the end of the exit, turn left. Pass under the viaduct and turn right. Take the first left and then follow the bend to the left, straight onto the hotel’s parking lot.
Postillion Hotel Amersfoort Veluwemeer has ample (free) parking on site.
By public transport
There is a train station in Putten, situated ~6km east of the hotel. Shuttles will be organised for the participants.
- From Schiphol Airport: Take a train to Amersfoort, then another train to Putten.
- From Rotterdam or Eindhoven Airports: Take a train to Utrecht, then another train to Putten.
- Free transportation from Putten station the hotel will be arranged
